Video anti-recording protection measures

Dynamic Digital Watermark

Randomly overlay dynamic watermarks containing user identifiers during video playback. The watermark's position, opacity, and angle change in real time, making it impossible to remove via cropping or covering.

Video download protection

Disables right-click menu, prevents video saving and developer tools debugging. Video streams use encrypted transmission, making them unextractable via conventional methods.

Screen recording detection

The system monitors common screen recording software. When screen recording is detected, it triggers a warning and logs the violation.

Behavior Traceability Mechanism

Every playback event logs device information, IP address, and timestamp. If a leak occurs, the source user can be precisely identified.

Legal Disclaimer

In accordance with the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software, and other relevant laws and regulations, unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sale of this course content without the rights holder's permission constitutes infringement and will result in legal liability as follows:

Civil Liability:The infringer shall bear civil liabilities such as ceasing the infringement, eliminating adverse effects, issuing an apology, and compensating for losses. Compensation includes the rights holder's actual losses and reasonable expenses incurred in enforcing their rights.
Administrative Liability:The administrative authority for copyright may order the cessation of infringing acts, confiscate illegal gains, and impose a fine ranging from one to five times the amount of such gains.
Criminal Liability:If committed for profit, with relatively large illegal gains or other serious circumstances, a sentence of up to three years' imprisonment may be imposed; if the illegal gains are huge or there are other particularly serious circumstances, a sentence of three to ten years' imprisonment and a fine may be imposed.
